The Massillon City Schools will be closed Monday, January 6, 2025 due to inclement weather. All offices throughout the district will be closed. All high school extracurricular activity information will be communicated through coaches/advisors. All middle school extracurricular activities will be cancelled. Stay safe, Tigers!

The Tiger wrestling team took 14th place out of 36 teams at the 62nd JC Gorman Tournament this weekend!🏆 Congratulations to our standout placers: Marcus Fricke 138 lb - 5th place Frankie Salvino 190 lb - 3rd place Chris Fair - Heavyweight Champion

In the fall, we’ll open the doors to our brand new elementary schools, creating exciting new opportunities for learning and growth. Lady Tigers Dominate the Court!🏀 The Lady Tigers are making waves at the South Range Holiday Classic!🌟 Today, they powered past Youngstown Ursuline with a 56-23 victory. This follows their big win against Crestview yesterday.🐾

Franklin Elementary hosted its annual holiday luncheon on Friday, and it was full of festive cheer!🎄✨ Our students looked wonderful in their holiday best as they enjoyed this special tradition. A huge thank you to Massillon KFC for generously providing delicious meals for all of our Franklin Tigers!

Show Up and Shine: Tuesday Attendance Time!⏰ At Massillon Intermediate School, the fun never stops—and you donut want to miss out! From December 9-13, MIS held an exciting contest: the class in each grade with the highest attendance percentage for the week won a DONUT PARTY!🍩 When you show up, you don’t miss moments like these: 🎈Creative Balloons Miss Hippich's class read "Balloons Over Broadway" and brought the story to life by designing their own parade balloons. Such creativity! 🦃Zipline Turkeys Mrs. Albrecht's class made toilet paper tube turkeys and raced them on ziplines to see which would fly the fastest. One student even wore earrings to celebrate the occasion! 🌿 Science Exploration Students in Mrs. Heinbaugh's class conducted a Science Inquiry project to explore what happens to natural resources when they are not replaced.
