Solving Pollinator Decline! 🦋🌼 Massillon Intermediate School 5th Grade Science teachers partnered with the Akron Zoo for a fun problem-based learning challenge this year! Our students embarked on a project focusing on the importance of pollinators! The in-depth project included a field trip to The Akron Zoo, Q&A sessions with experts, and a presentation to visiting judges about how to protect our local pollinators! The winning presenters held an ice cream social and raised over $220 for the Akron Zoo conservation!

Blind date with a book📚 The WHS S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Club learned about African American literature through an activity in the Media Center! Students had the opportunity to read the description of a book and then unwrapped it to explore more!
