• Families renewing open enrollment for children 1st through 12th grade can complete the process by clicking on the District to District Open Enrollment  link below.

• PreK and Kindergarteners are considered New Applicants - Preschoolers must be three (3) years of age and kindergartens must be five (5) years of age by the first day of school, August 20, 2026, to enroll. 

• Preschool Open Enrollment is for Massillon City School District residents only. (Building to Building Open Enrollment link below)

• Important: New Applicants must pre-register in FinalForms before applying for open enrollment. All information entered on FinalForms must be updated if any changes occur, and each form must be signed before the start of each school year. 

• You must apply for open enrollment annually; approval is valid for one year only. 

 Please complete the 2026-2027 Open Enrollment application by May 1, 2026, if possible.
