2023-2024 - K-12 Open Enrollment - Only a parent or guardian having legal custody of the student may apply for open enrollment. Proof of legal custody will need to be provided if applicable. You must apply for open enrollment annually; approval is valid for one year only.
Building to Building Open Enrollment Application Grades K-3 (if approved, allows students to attend another school within their Massillon City resident school district - Franklin / Gorrell / Whittier)
District to District Open Enrollment Application Grades K-12 (if approved, allows students from other Ohio school districts to attend Massillon City Schools)
