Release of Student Data Notification

Federal Court Instructs Ohio Districts to Post Information for Parents Concerning Data Release

A U.S. District Court has ordered that 2013-2014 school year records from the Ohio Department of Education’s Educational Management Information System be turned over to Disability Rights Ohio as part of an ongoing lawsuit.  

New Entry Locations for Guests Announced

Beginning on the first day of school, Wednesday, August 20,  there will be new entry locations for guests visiting Massillon Intermediate School (Grades 4, 5, and 6) and Massillon Junior High School (Grades 7 and 8).

MIS Guests will now enter through door number 31.
MJHS Guests will now enter through door number 2.
*Please note guests will no longer be able to enter through door number 1.




 
Bus Assignments
You can now find your bus pick-up and drop off locations along with times on-line. The link will ask you for your child’s grade level and address. You may need to use the advanced search if your student has additional needs or school placements. In addition, The transportation department will be posting all bus assignments at your child’s school building. Bus assignment letters will not be sent home this year. 4th Grade Orientation - Monday, August 18, 6:30 p.m.
7/8 Grade Open House - Monday, September 8, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
5/6 Grade Open House - Monday, September 8, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Freshman Orientation - Wednesday, August 13, 5:30 – 8:15 p.m.
