High School diplomas approved by the State of Ohio are awarded following the completion of the high school program. This publication has been prepared for parents, teachers, and students to inform them about the programs offered and courses taught in the secondary school, grades nine through twelve. The relationships & sequences of subjects are important in planning each student’s program of study.

- Earning at least 18 points on seven end-of-course state tests;
- Earning at least 12 points through industry credential and workforce readiness; or
- Earning "remediation-free" scores in Language Arts and Mathematics on a nationally recognized college admissions examination (ACT, SAT).
